Ubisoft has announced that it is working to iron out issues regarding Assassin’s Creed Syndicate‘s PS5 backwards compatibility, which has suffered from notable visual bugs that have lingered since Sony’s new console hit shelves back in November 2020.
No details regarding a patch have been announced yet, but we at least know that Ubisoft is working on a fix for the Victorian London-era stealth-action title.
The tweet has now been deleted, but it included the following:
The team is aware of some visual issues in Assassin’s Creed Syndicate on PS5 and working on a fix as soon as possible. We don’t have any updates just yet, but please keep an eye out for news on that.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate was originally for the PS4, PC, and Xbox One back in 2015, and was the final game in the series before the franchise took a year-long break, after which it returned in 2017 with Assassin’s Creed Origins.
