On social media, R.J. Davis and Armando Bacot posted a video promoting the game while discussing its new mode. The North Carolina duo has been called upon by the company to promote the “Zero Build Mode,” which may be enticing to the dedicated fans of the game.
The partnership makes a ton of sense, given that Epic Games, the creator of Fortnite, is based in Cary, North Carolina. Given the state ties, it’s only fitting that two Tar Heels were brought in to promote the game.
Since its launch back in 2017, Fortnite has been one of the most popular games available on video gaming platforms around the world. As the company looks to continue its success, it’s not a surprise to see them add a new mode into the mix to entice their gamers even more.
If you haven’t played the game yet, you might want to check it out. You never know, maybe you’ll have the chance to compete against some UNC basketball standouts during your gaming experience!
