Sony’s PS Plus June 2022 free games will be available in less than 48-hours time, with the next three titles launching as part of the Essential Tier.
This means that not only will there be new games to download this week, but PlayStation Plus subscribers should make sure they have claimed May’s FIFA 22, Tribes of Midgard, and Curse of the Dead Gods.
This is all scheduled to kick off this week, and here are the dates and times you can expect to find the latest PS Plus games available to download on PS4 and PS5 consoles.
PS Plus June 2022 Free Games Countdown
According to past launch schedules used by Sony in March, April and May, the next PlayStation Plus free games will start launching on Tuesday, June 7, at 3pm BST. Players in North America will gain access to the same titles at 7am PT on the same day.
Gamers will be able to claim their chosen PS Plus titles via the official PS Website, followed by PS4 and PS5 consoles after the Store refresh. Some players might have to wait a little longer, but the rollout is expected to be completed by 5pm BST.
June’s free games include God of War, Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, and the good news is that there are no limitations put on the games this month. This means that you can download all three titles regardless of if you own a PS4 or PS5 console. While new free games are always popular with subscribers, the launch of the new Tier system later this month means that they will be overshadowed.
Essential, Extra, and Premium services will go live on slightly different dates depending on where you live in the world. The North and South America rollout is scheduled to happen on June 13, 2022, followed by Australia, New Zealand and Europen launch on June 23, 2022. For gamers in the UK, the new Premium service that includes all features for streaming and downloading games will cost United Kingdom £13.49 monthly, £39.99 quarterly, and £99.99 yearly.
