We’ve known that Unpacking is heading to PlayStation for a while now, but we never did get a concrete release date. The BAFTA-winning indie game is confirmed for PS5 and PS4, but developer Witch Beam stopped short of letting us know precisely when we get to check it out. While the date remains a mystery for now, the game’s Trophy list has emerged online, suggesting it’s very close.
Over on PSNProfiles, you can view the Trophies for Unpacking, although nearly all of them are hidden. With the game being predominantly a chilled out narrative experience, it makes sense to keep the list a secret. In case you’re interested, there is a Platinum, and it looks to be a very easy one.
The point is that Trophies don’t pop up on sites like PSNProfiles or Exophase unless they’re made available on Sony’s servers, and that usually happens right before release. Long story short: Unpacking is likely very close to launch on PS5 and PS4.
We’re excited to see what all the fuss is about, but what about you? Will you be playing Unpacking on PS5 and PS4? Let us know in the comments section below.
