Ahead of the release of God of War Ragnarok, an impressive video of Kratos in ancient Egypt in Unreal Engine has been released.
The release of God of War Ragnarok is now imminent, but fans continue to wait with amateur projects, some of which are truly amazing. The sequel to the 2018 game will indeed arrive on PS5 and PS4 in November, bringing back Kratos and his son Atreus.
A feat achieved with Unreal Engine 5
After imagining the classic God of War II in Unreal Engine 5, it seems that TeaserPlay has returned to God of War in a very unique way. As Wccftech also reports, Kratos is the focus of a new concept trailer that imagines him in a brand new Egyptian setting.

A lead for the next God of War game?
Although this is obviously only an unofficial film (created with limited resources), the end result is truly amazing and shows great potential for Kratos’ future adventures.
Of course, and this goes without saying, it’s up to Sony Santa Monica to decide what direction the series will take after Ragnarok. Staying on topic, Sony Interactive confirmed a few days ago that a bundle containing a PS5 and God of War Ragnarok will be released with the game on November 9th.
